Weighing Up

Our doughman oversees 6 mixing bowls varying in size from 30-160 kg per mix and could be weighing down 24 mixes per hour producing up to 2000 kg of finished dough in that time.

Over 100 recipes are held and controlled on a fully computerised weighing facility, which also provides all our traceability and usage information.

The science is the recipe, the feel of the dough is the art.
