Roberto Oddi: Managing Director, came from a dynasty of Italian restaurant owners learning the merits of good food at an early age. From 16 onwards, he worked in the Hotel and catering Industry, in the UK, France and Italy. Has since then run large food production facilities, including bakeries supplying all major retail and wholesale sectors.
Martin Hull: Production Director, Partner to Roberto. Years of experience. Has been in bakery for well over 25 years. First came to prominence as young general manager of La Boulangerie Francaise in Wembley, producing basic part-baked frozen breads for the nascent market.
Cool under pressure, great with his production staff in particular and all staff generally. Translates customer requirements quickly and accurately which helps us get product development "right first time, every time". It is largely through Martin that we have gained our reputation for speed and accuracy in the product development field. He is also renowned for sorting out customer problems, such as when they forget to order!!
Frances Patch: Our office manager and generally in charge of keeping all the disparate groups in some kind of order. She knows all our customers and clearly stays up till all hours learning their account numbers!! She's never wrong and never forgets!!
